Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your NeuroFi subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to staff@neurofi.com with your registered email and payment reference. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal — it does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for the current billing period; refund eligibility is governed by Section 2 below.

2. Refunds

• Not yet started: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and no financial plan, analysis, or advisory session has yet been delivered against your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Mid-cycle cancellation: If you cancel after services have commenced, we will refund the proportionate, unused portion of your prepaid subscription fee for the remaining unexpired period, calculated on a pro-rata daily basis from the date your cancellation request is received. We do not levy any breakage, separation, or exit fee on such refunds.
• Advance payments: Where you have prepaid for multiple billing cycles in advance, the same pro-rata refund principle in this section applies to all unexpired cycles.
• Non-refundable items: Any one-time, clearly-marked non-refundable add-on purchases (if offered) are excluded from this policy and will be disclosed as such at the time of purchase.

3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. If a renewal charge is processed and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund of that renewal charge, provided no services have been consumed against the new cycle.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout, via our payment gateway partner, PayU. Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days of approval; the time for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically an additional 5–10 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Write to staff@neurofi.com with:

• Your registered name and email/mobile number
• Payment/transaction reference ID
• Reason for cancellation or refund request

We acknowledge all refund/cancellation requests within 2 business days and resolve them within 7 business days.

6. Involuntary Termination by NeuroFi

If we discontinue a service or terminate your subscription for reasons not attributable to a breach by you, we will refund the proportionate unused portion of your prepaid fees in full, with no deductions.

7. Regulatory Note

NeuroFi's SEBI Investment Adviser registration (Application No. 1670057) is currently under process. Once registration is granted, our fee structure and refund terms for any SEBI-regulated investment advisory services will additionally comply with the fee and refund requirements prescribed under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, as amended — including proportionate refund of fees for any unexpired advisory period upon premature termination, without any breakage fee. This page will be updated accordingly at that time.
