Who We Are

NeuroFi Wealth Advisory is a client-first financial planning and advisory practice built for India's mass-affluent and HNI investors. We exist because most financial "advice" in India is sold, not given — driven by commissions, product quotas, and misaligned incentives. NeuroFi was built to be different: our expert advisors are augmented by proprietary AI to understand a client's financial position more precisely, model their goals and risks with rigor, and deliver recommendations that are judged solely on whether they serve the client's best interest.

What We Do

NeuroFi combines AI-driven financial analysis with human oversight to help individuals and families organize, understand, and plan their finances. Our platform gathers and analyzes a client's financial position, models long-horizon goals and risks, and produces structured, documented financial plans. Every AI-generated model and analysis is reviewed by a member of our advisory team before it reaches a client — the technology informs judgment, it does not replace it.

Our Regulatory Status

NeuroFi Wealth Advisory has applied for registration as an Investment Adviser with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Our application (Application No. 1670057) is currently under process with SEBI. NeuroFi does not yet hold SEBI Investment Adviser registration, and until such registration is granted, we do not render personalized investment advice (i.e. specific buy/sell/hold recommendations on securities) for consideration. Our current subscription services are limited to financial planning, goal-based modeling, risk analysis, and educational guidance. We will update this page and our service terms immediately upon grant of SEBI registration.

Our Principles

  • Your interest, always first. We do not accept commissions from fund houses or product manufacturers, and we do not carry product sales quotas.
  • Direct plans only. Where mutual fund recommendations are made, we recommend zero-commission direct plans exclusively.
  • Full-picture planning. We look beyond fund selection — taxes, insurance, liabilities, and life events all factor into our plans.
  • Human accountability. Every recommendation is reviewed and owned by a human advisor, not generated and delivered without oversight.
